UPDATION ABOUT 1986 CASE

                The hearing scheduled for today, the 26 February, 2014 continued for one hour before the Double Bench of CAT. Next date of hearing is now fixed for 14.03.2014. Final decision is expected on the said date.

    Could you plz. provide the latest information in respect of the following:

    1. Whether Recruitment Rules have been sent to M/o Law for vetting/concurrence after approval from DoPT and UPSC?

    2. Whether the case of regularization of Ad-hoc ADs sent to DoPT has been approved?

    Could you please inform whether the CSOL people who joined after year 2000 will be benefitted if this case is won and the pay scale is awarded wef 1986?
