1986 CASE -DECISION RESERVED

      The decision of the case has been reserved by the Hon'ble CAT after a short hearing today on 10th July,2014. The case has already been heard in length on two previous dates.

       Let we, the CSOLS people prey to the almighty God to give us justice and to make us victorious in this long fight of more than 23 years.

UPDATION ABOUT 1986 CASE UNDERTRIAL IN CAT

The hearing scheduled for 9th May, 2014 postponed for 10.07.2014 as the Govt. counsel could not submit the documents required by the Hon'ble Tribunal vide their order dated 14.03.2014 .The court has now ordered the Govt. counsel to submit an affidavit in this behalf which should be signed at least by the Joint Secretary.

UPDATION ABOUT 1986 CASE UNDERTRIAL IN CAT

The hearing scheduled for today, the 17 April, 2014 postponed for 09.05.2014 as the Govt. counsel could not submit the documents required by the Hon'ble Tribunal vide their 

 order dated 14.03.2014 issued under the signatures of Dr. B.K. Sinha, Hon'ble Member(A) and Sh. Syed Rafat Alam, Hon'ble Chairman in the following terms:-

"Dated 14.03.2014

OA No. 2051/2012

Present: Sh. G. D. Gupta, learned senior counsel assisted by Sh. S. K. gupta, counsel for the applicants.

Sh. B. K. Barera, counsel for the respondents.

We have heard the matter in length.

However, during the course of argument, it was felt necessary to persue the record where decision for issuance of OM No. 2/1/90-CS-IV dated 31.07.1990 contained in Annexure A-2 was taken. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents, therefore, shall produce the aforesaid record alongwith  Pay Commission Report dealing with Scale of Pay of Assistants  and Grade 'C' Stenographers of Central Secretariat Service and of Junior Hindi Translators as well as order/notification of the Govt. accepting the recommendations of Pay Commission and Pay Rules, on the next date for our perusal.

List the case for further argument on 17.04.2014.

                The hearing scheduled for today, the 14th March 2014 continued for more than two hours before the Double Bench of CAT. Next date of hearing is now fixed for 17.04.2014.

                The hearing scheduled for today, the 26 February, 2014 continued for one hour before the Double Bench of CAT. Next date of hearing is now fixed for 14.03.2014. Final decision is expected on the said date.
